At Anwar Handloom, every saree and product undergoes careful inspection and quality checks before dispatch. As our creations are part of a premium, handcrafted, and designer collection, we follow a strict No Return & No Exchange Policy.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
1. No Return / No Exchange Policy
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for the following reasons:

Change of mind after purchase

Personal preference regarding color or design

Incorrect or accidental orders

Size, fit, or styling expectations
We encourage customers to review all product descriptions, images, and videos carefully before placing an order.
2. Exception — Damaged or Defective Product
An exchange will be considered only if:

The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, and

You inform us within 7 days of delivery
In such cases, the exchange will be processed for the same or a similar product, subject to availability.
No refunds will be issued under any circumstances for damaged products; only exchanges are permitted.
3. Damage Reporting Process
To request an exchange for a damaged or incorrect item, you must:

Contact us via email or WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery

Unedited unboxing video (mandatory)

Clear photographs showing the damage or incorrect item
Requests submitted without valid proof of damage or without an unboxing video will not be eligible for an exchange.
4. Conditions for Exchange Approval
An exchange will be processed only if:

The product is unused, unworn, and unwashed

All original tags, packaging, and saree folds are intact

There are no signs of perfume, stains, or fabric damage
Products that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for exchange.
5. Items Not Eligible for Exchange
The following items and conditions are not eligible for exchange:

Minor color variations caused by lighting or screen differences

Natural variations inherent to handloom or handmade products
-
Fall, pico, or other finishing services
-
Custom-made, altered, or sale items
These characteristics are inherent to handcrafted products and are not considered defects.
6. Shipping for Exchange

In cases of verified damage, our team will share reverse pickup or return shipping instructions.

Exchanges will be initiated only after the returned product has been received and inspected.
7. Refund Policy
