Thank you for shopping with Anwar Handloom. We take utmost care to ensure that every saree is carefully packed and delivered safely to your doorstep.

 


 

1. Shipping Coverage

We ship our products across India and to select international destinations.
International shipping availability is subject to courier serviceability in the destination country.

 


 

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are generally processed within 2–4 working days after order confirmation.

  • Customized finishing services such as fall & pico, tassels, or alterations may require additional processing time.

  • Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

  • You will be notified once your order has been packed and dispatched.

 


 

3. Delivery Timelines

Within India:

  • Estimated delivery time: 5–8 working days, depending on location and courier service.

International Orders:

  • Estimated delivery time: 8–15 working days, subject to destination country and customs clearance.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, festivals, customs procedures, or other unforeseen logistical factors.

 


 

4. Shipping Charges

  • India: Free Shipping

  • International Orders: ₹849 Shipping Fee

 


 

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp.
You may track the shipment directly through the courier partner’s website.

 


 

6. Incorrect Address / Non-Delivery

Please ensure that your shipping address, contact number, and pin code are accurate at checkout.
Orders that are not delivered due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Unreachable phone number

  • Customer unavailability

will not be eligible for a refund. Any reshipping charges, if applicable, will be borne by the customer.

 


 

7. Damaged or Open Package on Delivery

If your package appears tampered with, opened, or damaged at the time of delivery:

  • Please do not accept the parcel, and

  • Inform us immediately with clear photographs and courier proof.

Once a package is accepted without evidence, courier-related damage claims may not be honored.

 


 

8. Shipping & Return Policy Alignment

Anwar Handloom follows a No Return / No Exchange Policy,
except in cases where a product is received damaged or defective and reported within 7 days of delivery — in such cases, exchange only is provided.
No refunds are issued under any circumstances.

9. Jurisdiction

While we ship internationally, all transactions are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes arising from orders, shipping, or services shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the courts of Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, India.
